Please take the time to read through this info before booking your project, it answers most of the common questions.

THings to know

I stick to my style. If you are wanting a style that you’ve never seen me post in my portfolio, there’s a good chance I will turn the project down. Familiarize yourself with my work, and make sure you want something in line with what I do. What I do includes but isn’t limited to: things from nature, full color, sometimes black and gray, animals, portraits, flowers, landscapes, still life, realism, fantasy, personal growth themes, dark themes, American flags, generally beautiful and complimentary to the body.

I don’t tattoo photos of another person’s tattoo, or designs drawn by someone else. Although, having pics of things you like is great, I can use them to get a better idea of what you are looking for, and then put my own spin on it. Just know that I always take what you bring me, pics and ideas, and make my own design specifically for you.

Pricing

You can request a quote when you fill out a submission form. I can never be 100 percent sure how long a piece will take, especially for large tattoos. We just set our session price and keep doing sessions until it’s complete. I mostly book full days. One person per day. There’s always exceptions, for small tattoos sometimes I’ll book a half day. I do like to keep a steady pace and finish the piece in a timely manner. At least one appt per month, sometimes clients will do every 2-3 weeks, or even back to back days. If you want a “one-and-done” piece, make sure it’s no larger than a hand or so. You can always email me if you have any questions. artworkbyshea@gmail.com

Artistic Freedom

I take full artistic freedom in all of my work. After we have discussed ideas for your tattoo and I have collected everything I need, it becomes my job to build the best design I can for you. I do not show my design to you way ahead of time. You will receive the design no more than a few days before your scheduled appt. Sometimes the morning of, so be prepared for that. I like to finalize designs close to your appointment date, so it is fresh in my mind when I go to perform the tattoo.

If there’s some minor changes you want, I can accommodate. If it’s major changes, or if you don’t like what I come up with and aren’t willing to budge on design changes, I reserve the right to turn down the project and refund only half of your deposit. That rarely happens. I give 100 percent on every project. Whatever I come up with is my best visualization for the tattoo.

TIme to SUbmit your idea!

If you’ve gotten this far, go ahead and fill out the form with your info and ideas. I will reach out within a few days to let you know if its something I can move forward with.
